Is it possible to combine multiple discount codes on a single order?

Is the “Cash on Delivery” payment option available?

Where do Pawscode products ship from?

All Pawscode products are dispatched from our warehouse in China or Malaysia. Rest assured, we ensure that every package is handled with the utmost care and delivered in a timely manner to your doorstep.

How long should I expect to wait for my delivery?

The delivery time varies depending on your location. Once your order is processed, we'll provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time. We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Is it possible to change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

We understand that sometimes changes are needed. You can update your shipping address before the order is dispatched. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped to the new address, but we will try our best.

Why hasn’t my tracking information been updated for an extended period?

Occasionally, there might be a delay in the tracking information update due to various reasons like customs processing, logistic handling, or other unforeseen circumstances. How do I return an item?

To begin the return process, you can reach our returns/customer service team at: hello@pawscode.com who will reply within 24 hours.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as acode that needs to mark on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is the return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please provide your original receipt & order number as proof of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable or exchanged. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email hello@pawscode.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with the return and replacement process.
