To begin the return process, you can reach our returns/customer service team at: hello@pawscode.com who will reply within 24 hours.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as acode that needs to mark on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please provide your original receipt & order number as proof of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable or exchanged. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email hello@pawscode.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with the return and replacement process.
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email notification confirming the refund.
If there are any discrepancies with your refund amount, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’re here to assist and resolve the issue promptly.
If you return an item that was purchased as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount, you'll be refunded the amount you paid for the item as calculated by the total discount applied to the entire purchase.
