Shipping Locations:

We currently offer shipping services to addresses within the United States, and Australia. We are constantly working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve customers in more regions in the future.

Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, our team will process and prepare it for shipment within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed,especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Shipping Time:

To the United States: Orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days. To Australia: Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days. Please note, these are estimated shipping times, and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen delays. 

You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 1–2 days for processing time before tracking your package. You could also contact us via email for help.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination.
